9A - Croatia - 09.05.13

Operators Stefano IV3LZQ, Paolo IV3PUT, Francesco IV3EDU and Andy 9A3JH will be active from the island of Sveti Nikola (EU-110, ACIA IC-016, IOCA CI-118, MIA MC-414, WLOTA 3152, Grid Loc. JN65) between 25-29 July 2013.
They plan to be QRV on 80-6 metre CW and SSB, plus an entry in the RSGB IOTA Contest (27-28 July) using the callsign 9A/IV3LZQ. QSL direct only via IV3LZQ (QRZ.com).

EI - ireland - 13.05.13
 


EI/ON5TA/P will be active from May 31st TO june 165th from Ireland in some differents squares during the 2013 Sporadic-E season
From May 31st to june 5th he will use the prefix EJ from IO55 and IO54 grid square.
From May 7th to June 11st he will be in IO44wc or IO43xc and from June 13th to June 16th he will  transmit from the historic Marconi transmitter site near Clifden, Connemara, IO43xk.
Activities on 2, 4 and 6m Frequencies: 50.150 USB, 70.200 USB, 144.300 USB.

FR - Reunion - 09.05.13

Jerome, FR1JB, Yvon, FR1GZ, Jacky, FR4NP, FR4DJ, Michel, FR4OA, FR4OM, Paul, FR4OO, Francois, FR4OS, FR4OU, Willy, FR4OV, FR4PE, Bruno, FR4PF, Jacques, FR4PG, Alain,  FR5CU, Patrick, FR5FC, and Philippe, FR5HV, will make up a large team and get on the air as TO1PF ("Piton de la Fournaise" -- a volcano) from Reunion's eastern coast (DIFO FR-001, WWFF FFF-011, WLOTA 1812) on the 11th and 12th of May. QRV all bands and modes, QSL via FR1GZ, direct only.

 


FS - St. Martin - 13.05.13

John, K9EL, will once again activate FS/K9EL in June.
Operating dates this year are June 11-28th. Activity will be on 80-6 meters. Daily uploads to ClubLog and LoTW are planned. John has a new QTH this year and should have a better signal to the USA on 6 meters.

GJ - Jersey  - 10.05.13

Raf ON5RZ, Eddy ON6EF and Mick ON4RAW will be active as MJ/OT1S from Saint Brelade, Jersey (EU-013) on 16-19 May. They will operate mainly SSB on 80-6 metres. QSL via ON6EF, direct or bureau.

 

 

I - Italy - 13.05.13

Operators Stefano/IK6JRI, Fred/IK7JWX and Vincenzo/IZ8LFI will be active possibly as IE9DX from Ustica Island (IIA PA-001) between July 23-30th. Activity will include the RSGB IOTA Contest (July 27-28th). Before the contest they will be active on 30/17/12/6 meters using CW, SSB and the Digital modes. Days after the contest they will be on any modes and bands. QSL via IK7JWX. ADDED NOTE: Anyone who wants to join the team for the contest (only 2 days) is welcome. JA - Japan - 10.05.13

Take JI3DST and Masa JF3ELH will be active this weekend from Iki Island AS-036.

LY - Lithuania - 09.05.13

LY44WFF will be active from grid KO05oi (WFF LYFF-018) on HF, 50 & 144 MHz. Look MS on 144.358 MHz (maybe +/- QRM).

OZ- Denmark - 09.05.13

Once again the OZ1RDP Scout team (www.oz1rdp.de/) will be active for their 18th annual whitsun-activity from the village of Kongsmark on Romo Island (EU-125, DIA NS-001, WW Loc. JO45GD, WWFF OZFF-004) on 17-21 May, 2013.
They plan to operate SSB, BPSK31 and maybe some CW on 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 10 and 6 metres. QSL via DL9BCP, direct or bureau.
 

 

SV - Grecee - 09.05.13

Between 16th and 30th May 2013, five members of the Sands Contest Group from Morecambe, England, will be visiting Samos island (EU-049, GIOTA SAS-006, MIA MG-099, WLOTA 4163) in Greece, for a holiday and DXperdition. They will be using the call sign SZ8S, and using the Radio House at Zervou Point (WW Loc. KM37JK) above Samos town, kindly loaned to them by the Aegean Radio Association. The actual days for operation are uncertain, hopefully we will start on Saturday 18th May, please watch the cluster's for information.
Operators will be: Barrie G1JYB, Ian G0VGS, Stephany G1LAT, Hughie G4UME and Bob G1OCK. QSL direct via G1LAT the QSL manager (Stephany Kirkwood, 1 Nether View, Lodge Lane Wennington, Lancaster, Lancashire, LA2 8NP United Kingdom).

VP5 - Caicos - 10.05.13

Dave, W5CW will be active again as VP5/W5CW from the Caicos Islands (NA-002) from 16 May to 11 June. He will operate CW and SSB on 160-6 metres.
 

 

MM - Maritime Mobile - 09.05.13

Form June 10 to June 11 Olli is going to activate the wet squares JO74, JO75, JO85, JO95, KO05 on 2m MS (qrg 144.358 MHz ± ship-QRM for MS activity random).
He planning to leaving Rügen (JO64) at 21 o'clock local time. Paying special attention to the "wet squares" JO85 (arriving probably around mid-night) and JO95 (probably around early morning 11 June). Throwing in some tropo QSOs in-between.
6 m only if band open, just a quarter wave whip on the ship. If open we will hang around 50.183 MHz
Going back the same route on June 18 to 19. Look for some additional activity then.
