Joe, DK5WL (9N7WL); Ernst, DK7AN/(9N7AN); Georg DL4SVA and Franz DL9GFB plan to be active from Nepal in a period stretching from mid-March to early-April 2011.
Beginning March 16th, Ernst 9N7AN will commence solo activity from Kathmandu, with the main part of the DXpedition starting on March 26th once the rest of the team arrive in Nepal. They will operate all bands/modes therefater until April 8, 2011. [SOURCE. http://dx-world.net]

Pierre, HB9QQ, will be OK to depart for V51 May the 1st. Tickets are here.The first few days we will install and measure everything and then we will be active during moonset from about 20° downwards. We will have enough power and I assume we will be able to make a number of
contacts. I dont know yet whether we will have an internet access, because the shack is way out in the bush (JG88am). We will start first using may own call V5/HB9QQ (license is here) and afterward the guys down there will use other call signes. [SOURCE: W7GJ on Magic Band EME via MMMonVHF]

VU4 - Andaman Is. (Update) - 3.14.11
By the time you read this, 11 members of the Amateur Radio Society of India (ARSI) are in Port Blair (and 6 more to follow in a few days), are beginning to prepare to be active as VU4PB between March 15-31st. Before their schedule date to operate the team has plenty to do. Much of the equipment was sent by sea freight and has
been received at Port Blair awaiting for them to unpack and deployment to the three operating sites. Some items missed the last sailing and have gone out via air freight. XE, Mexico (4A -Special Event) - 3.14.11
Members of the DXXE (Mexican Contest and DX group) will activate the special callsign 4A0IARU between April 18-24th.
Activity is to celebrate World Amateur Radio Day on April 18th, and the 86th anniversary of the founding of the International Amateur Radio Union, IARU. The theme for this year's celebration is "Amateur Radio: The first technology-based social network." QSL via N7RO. Don't send your QSL cards to the Mexican Bureau since they will not have QSLs to answer. Make sure your Bureau QSL card is clearly marked via N7RO.
